<p>Ca ingrediente, aveţi nevoie de 100g unt, 250g ciuperci Champignon(merg şi cele de conservă, dar în multe cazuri sunt nisipoase), 50g pastă roşii, o legătură de mărar, busuioc uscat, jumătate dintr-o ceapă medie, sare şi piper după gust.<br />

<p>Într-un vas se pune la topit untul, după care se adaugă ceapa taiată mărunt şi se căleşte pentru circa 2-3 minute. Se adaugă apoi ciupercile tăiate şi ele mărunt şi se prăjesc cât de cât alături de ceapă.<br />
Separat, într-un pahar sau într-o cană amestecaţi puţină faină cu apă, care o turnaţi apoi peste ciuperci şi amestecaţi la foc mediu vreo 5 minute. Între timp adăugaţi şi pasta de roşii, deşi nu e obligatoriu. Eu am folosit-o mai mult pentru culoarea preparatului. Spre final puneţi şi mărarul, busuiocul, sarea şi piperul şi continuaţi să amestecaţi aşa încă 2-3 minute.<br />

Am renuntat la clasicul sos de rosii, pe care l-am inlocuit cu legume asortate, mai mult pentru partea de imagine, ca gustul e dat in principal de peste. Am folosit de asemenea si curry, care in combinatie cu tonul naste arome inedite. Si mult chili, atat sos, cat si ceva praf.</em></p>
<p><strong>Spaghetele</strong></p>
<p>Ma gandesc ca stiti cu totii cum se prepara cel mai bine. Eu am folosit 300 de grame, ideal pentru doua portii. Se pun pastele la fiert intr-o oala cu apa sarata pentru circa 15-20 de minute, depinde de foc.</p>
<p><em>Intre timp, mi-au venit si cateva idei. Cum ar fi sa postez si video-retete pe langa text si fotografii. Si am incercat. A se scuza calitatea filmarii si vocea mea. Ma grabeam, sa nu cumva sa sara pisica pe masa la conserva cu ton. </em></p>

<p>Dupa ce spaghetele s-au fiert bine, se strecoara si se pun in tigaie repede, pana nu se racesc, ca sa nu se lipeasca. In tigaie adaugati 100-150 de grame de legume asortate (eu am folosit din acelea de punga, congelate), dar si o conserva de ton maruntit, asta in cele mai dese cazuri, ca poate unii dintre voi dispuneti si de ton intreg <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . E de ajuns uleiul din ton pentru o prajire adecvata. Mai adaugati intre timp sare, piper (dupa gust), dar si putin oregano si curry. Si sa nu uit de chili, dar aici depinde de gustul fiecaruia. Mie imi place mai mult picantul, asa ca nu-mi prea iert preparatele.</p>
<p>Se prajeste circa 10 minute. Ideal ar fi sa turnati si niste vin rosu peste paste. Dupa ce s-a prajit, mai puteti stoarce si zeama dintr-o jumatate de lamaie. Se potriveste cu aroma pestelui prajit.</p>

<p>Ingredientele retetei costa in jur de 6-7 lei, iar timpul efectiv de lucru e cam de jumatate de ora. Pofta buna!</p>

Dupa cum promiteam si la inceput, o sa fac si scurte recenzii despre bauturi, in special beri si cocktail-uri. Astazi insa, e timpul pentru o bere. Si nu puteam sa incep categoria decat cu berea mea preferata, Stejar.<br />
Aparuta pe piata de ceva timp, nu a ajuns tocmai la moda si asta e bine. A ramas aceeasi bere consecventa, fina la gust, putin dulceaga, dar tare. Am baut multe tipuri de bere tare la viata mea, de la nefiltrata la cea neagra, dar cu Stejarul nu se compara nimic. Alcool, 7%. O bere de primavara sau toamna mai mult. Pentru celelalte doua anotimpuri nu o recomand. De asemenea, nu o recomand pentru cluburi, desi putine o au in oferta. </p>
<p>Desi e preferata mea, notele nu sunt asa ridicate (pana la urma ramane o bere romaneasca) :<br />

Ingrediente:<br />

<p>Se feliaza pulpa de porc, dupa care se adauga sarea si piperul (dupa gust). Separat, intr-un vas se amesteca ciupercile taiate marunt cu oregano, dupa care se aseaza pe carnea de porc, impreuna cu mici cubulete de cascaval. Carnea se ruleaza si se leaga cu scobitori. Se pune in tava unsa cu untura, iar peste ea se adauga din nou ciuperci, cascaval si putin marar. Se lasa la cuptor, la foc mediu pentru circa 50 de minute, timp in care se mai poate adauga untura peste carne, pentru a face o crusta lucioasa.</p>
<p><strong>Sosul de marar</strong><br />
Ingrediente:<br />
marar<br />
50g unt<br />
50g faina<br />
50g smantana<br />
sare, dupa gust.<br />
Se amesteca ingredientele de mai sus, dupa care se dau la foc mic circa 5-10 minute.<br />

<p>Ingredientele acestei retete m-au costat in jur de 6 lei, la care s-a adaugat si o ora de lucru.</p>
